Today: Join the Intergenerational Open Mic Night today (Thursday) at the Seniors Association, Kingston. Enjoy performances, connect across generations, and receive free mentoring from host Savannah Shea. Mentor sessions start at 6 p.m.; performances begin at 7 p.m. Register at music@tourismkingston.com.

Tomorrow: The Fresh Food Market Pop-Up returns to the Kingston YMCA on Wright Crescent tomorrow (Friday) from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., offering fresh, affordable produce and chef-crafted healthy options. Supported by Kingston Community Health Centres and Lionhearts Inc.

Tomorrow: Support Dress for Success Kingston at a live music fundraiser from 8:30 – 11:30pm tomorrow (Friday) at Tir Nan Og Pub, 200 Ontario St, Kingston. Enjoy performances by Paula Wood, Elastik Band, Savannah Shea, and The Kildeers. Enjoy food, drinks, and prizes while helping empower women in the community.
