Today: Kingston Community Health Centres hosts a Fast Food Cooking Group today (Monday) from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at 263 Weller Ave. Participants learn to create quick, healthy recipes with minimal ingredients. Registration required. Email katee@kchc.ca to register.

Tomorrow: Join KFPL and Ange Defosse of Harlowe Green for a workshop on reducing single-use plastics tomorrow (Tuesday) from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at the Central Library Branch. Learn about bulk refillery shopping and sustainable alternatives to plastic consumption. This is a free event.
