Today: The Flow of Awakening with Megan Hill offers breathwork and movement to release emotional and energetic blockages. Sessions are today (Monday) and again on November 18th, from 6-8:30 PM, at 835 Sydenham Rd, Kingston. Join for $50 per session or $90 for both.
Tomorrow: The Kingston Public Market will be open tomorrow (Tuesday) from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Located behind City Hall in historic downtown, Ontario’s oldest market has served Kingston since 1801, offering fresh food and fostering community. Visit Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays!
Tomorrow: Terror Tuesday returns to Fort Henry tomorrow from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Enjoy a horror film under the stars with scare actors roaming the grounds. Tickets are $15 + HST. Doors open at 7:15 PM. Bring your own chair!
