Today: Visit the Kingston Public Market today (Tuesday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Located behind City Hall, it’s Ontario’s oldest market, offering fresh food and a strong sense of community since 1801. Open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Today: Join lululemon's Lace Up Run Club for a weekly fun run every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. Meet outside the store for a social 5K. All ages and skill levels are welcome. New runners encouraged. For details, visit the Facebook group.
Tomorrow: Join the Charlestown Community Kitchen tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Elizabeth Fry Kingston. This event encourages women to come together to promote nutrition, health, wellness, and community cooperation.
