Fascinating history comes to life at Great Lakes Museum’s winter speaker series

The Great Lakes Museum in Kingston is bringing history to life with its annual Winter Speaker Series, now in its eighth season.

The next event in the series takes place this Thursday, February 6th.

myFM spoke with Visitor Experience Manager Claire Notman, who told us their next speaker is Ralph Boston, who will share personal stories from his time working on the SS Cayuga in 1946.

 

The event begins at 7 p.m. at the Great Lakes Museum. Tickets cost $12 and can be purchased online.

 

Notman also says to stay tuned as they prepare for March of the Museums.
