Win some cash for a great cause!
The United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington has introduced a new 50/50 draw as part of its 2024 online fundraising efforts.
This draw gives participants a chance to win cash, with half of the proceeds going to the winner and the other half supporting United Way KFL&A's fundraising campaign.
We spoke with United Way KFL&A President & CEO John DiPaolo, who told us more about their first ever 50/50 draw.
Tickets are now on sale with the winner to be announced on Friday, September 6, 2024, during the United Way KFL&A Campaign Kick-off Breakfast.
Monthly 50/50 draws will follow through December.
All funds raised through the 50/50 draw are going directly into their 2024 campaign.
Tickets are available online, with options of 200 for $40, 50 for $20, or 10 for $10. Participants must be over 18 and located in Ontario. Deadline to buy tickets for this draw is September 3rd.
