The Spire's new by-and-for Seniors' group set to shine
The Spire, performance hall and community hub, has launched an exciting new initiative - a by-and-for seniors' arts group.
Spire General Manager Sam MacLeod tells KingstonDaily.ca they're looking to fill a creative gap.
The GM says that the program will benefit the overall arts scene in the kingston.
The group's first production, "All I Really Need to Know, I Learned in Kingdergarten" runs September 12th, 13th and 14th, then again the following weekend, the 20th-21st.
MacLeod says the group's bonding while putting it together is apparent.
