You're invited! BGC South East celebrates a massive donation
The Boys and Girls Club (BGC) South East is excited to announce a $1 million pledge from the Hughson Group to support its Childcare Centre at 559 Bagot Street.
Amanda Guarino, Director, Resource Development and Communications with BGC South East says it's a gift that keeps on giving.
That's right, it will now be known the "the Hughson Childcare Centre" and to celebrate the renaming, BGC South East is hosting a community event on October 5th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event is 100% free too, and includes a free BBQ lunch sponsored by Loblaws.
Guarino says she and her entire organization is so thankful for the support the Centre has received over the years.
The BGC South East invites everyone to join in the celebration and see firsthand the impact of the Hughson Group's generous support. It takes place October 5th at the Centre found at 559 Bagot Street, Kingston.
