BGC South East shines in our communities!
The BCG South East, formerly the Boys and Girls Club of Kingston & Area) has been doing incredible work in the community since 1993.
Their Director of Resource Development and Communications, Amanda Guarino tells KingstonDaily.ca a big part of what they do is focused at the newly named Hughson Childcare Centre. She says the 100 year old building has undergone a facelift.
And we're not talking paint and some cleaning either. They spared no expense for their young clients.
She notes that the century structure has been a valued part of the community for many years, and they're happy that it has been repurposed to provide a new service for the community for years to come.
