Kingston kid excited to be home
Nolan Lalonde is proving that you can indeed 'go home again'.
The 6'2" goaltender from Kingston was acquired by the Frontenacs with the hopes of solidifying the situation in net.
Lalonde says it has been a great experience so far.
Prior to coming to Kingston, Lalonde played in both Erie and Saginaw. He says playing for two American franchises provided some unique challenges but ultimately loved it.
Speaking to his time with the Spirit, Lalonde says being apart of a Memorial Cup winning squad is something he'll never forget.
The 20-year-old's NHL rights are currently owned by the Columbus Blue Jackets.
