The Kingston Humane Society looks for a little help
Right now, the Kingston Humane Society has 257 animal in care.
It's not an easy task but one Executive Director Gord Hunter says is pulled off thank to help from incredible volunteers, who get to do some pretty neat things.
Having volunteers take on those roles allow their staff to take care of things like feeding and cleaning.
But that's not the only way to help. Hunter offered another suggestion.
The organization also asks that you help them spread the word through a means you're likely already using.
They also welcome cash donations, which makes up about 70% of their funding. Just go to their website found here, to learn more.
