Bentley Davidson signed as a “Front for the Day”

Bentley brought his winning spirit to the ice!

A young Kingston-area kid got the ultimate experience Wednesday as the Kingston Frontenacs named him "Front for a Day."

Bentley Davidson, known for his incredible community fundraising efforts, signed a one-day contract with the team in partnership with Scotiabank. Since he was two years old, Bentley has raised money for important causes, starting with a Halloween tribute to Gord Downie that went viral. That first fundraiser brought in $500 for brain cancer research.

Since then, Bentley has raised $56,491 for charities like SickKids, Adopt A Child, Belleville General Hospital Cancer Department, and juvenile diabetes research.

The Frontenacs recognized Bentley, not just for his fundraising but, for his kindness and gratitude, which they say embodies the team’s values. His story continues to inspire people across the community.

Bentley had the chance to join the team before the game, read the starting line up and help hype up the team before they hit the ice.

His spirit helped lead the Fronts to a 7-1 win last night against the Ottawa 67's.
