City of Kingston staff will be facilitating Bystander Training workshops available to council, staff, and the public.

Councillor Wendy Stephen says this type of work is their responsibility.
Stephen says the purpose of this is to spark an inner voice for others.
The training will become available by the first quarter of 2026.
