Hockey Helps the Homeless returns to Kingston

Massive support for local charities

Hockey Helps the Homeless (HHTH) is coming back to Kingston for its second annual Pro-Am Charity Hockey Tournament on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the INVISTA Centre.

Last year, the event raised over $140,000, making it HHTH’s most successful inaugural event ever. This year, organizers hope to raise even more for local charities Lionhearts Inc. and Youth Diversion.

The tournament will feature 16 teams, each playing three games alongside former professional hockey players. Participants receive personalized jerseys, an invitation to draft night, and game day food and beverages.

Businesses are encouraged to sponsor a team or get employees involved.

“HHTH is proud to support the wrap-around services offered by Lionhearts and the addiction support programs through Youth Diversion,” says Joanne Langlois, co-chair of HHTH Kingston.

The public can watch the games for free. For more information or to register, contact Emma Langlois at emma@hhth.com.
