Annual Tim Horton's treat will soon be in Kingston for a great cause
Tim Hortons is bringing smiles and holiday cheer back to communities with its second annual Holiday Smile Cookie campaign, donating 100 per cent of proceeds to local charities and community groups across Canada, including Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
In Kingston, proceeds from the Holiday Smile Cookie will go to United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.
The cookies cost $1.50 and will be available at participating Tim Hortons locations from November 18 to 24, supporting this year's United Way campaign.
To celebrate the campaign launch, Tim Hortons will hold a kickoff event on today (Thursday, November 14) at 10 a.m. at their 681 John Counter Blvd location in Kingston.
Tim Hortons owners and staff from United Way KFL&A will discuss the campaign’s impact on the local community.
We'll have more in the coming days.
