Known to frequent South Frontenac

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public's help in locating Matthew MUTTER, a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release.

MUTTER, 31, is a Caucasian male, 6'1" and 170lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. His tattoos include "R.I.P." on his chest and “613” on his right hand.

He is serving a 3-year, 6-month sentence for multiple charges, including robbery and forcible confinement.

MUTTER is known to frequent areas in South Frontenac, Ottawa, Pembroke, Brockville, and North Grenville.
