Kingston Man arrested for sex assaults

26 year old allegedly committed multiple offenses

On September 17, 2024, Kingston Police responded to reports of a suspect involved in multiple assaults. At around 2:10 p.m., a witness saw the suspect grab a woman's buttocks near Norman Rogers Drive and Van Order Drive. 

The suspect, described as a bald Middle Eastern man in his 20s or 30s, was wearing a grey hooded sweater and grey track pants. 

The victim left before police arrived and remains unidentified.

Later, police received reports of the same suspect grabbing another woman and exposing himself in the Yonge Street area. 

Authorities located the 26-year-old Kingston man at Lake Ontario Park. He was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault, an indecent act, and breach of probation. 

He is currently held at Kingston Police headquarters for a bail hearing. 

Police are seeking the initial victim and any additional witnesses.
