It happened in Napanee last Friday
L&A County OPP have charged a 19-year-old driver from Kingston with impaired driving offenses following a single-vehicle crash on County Road 8 in Greater Napanee, just before 3:30 a.m. Friday.
The driver, who was arrested and taken for further testing, faces charges of driving while impaired by alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol concentration over 80, dangerous driving, and violating novice and young driver BAC regulations.
There were no injuries.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court in Greater Napanee in August.
