ENCORE scored big for Martin Brule
Kingston resident Martin Brule has won $100,000 in the August 20, 2024, LOTTO MAX draw after matching six of seven ENCORE numbers in the correct order. Brule, who works in technology, has been a regular lottery player for five years, always adding ENCORE to his tickets.
Using the OLG app to check his tickets, Brule initially thought he had won $100, but soon realized the true amount was much larger. He quickly shared the news with his parents, who were equally excited.
Brule says he plans to use his winnings to enjoy his hobbies, complete some home renovations, and treat himself to a shopping spree.
ENCORE is available for an additional $1 with most lottery games and offers 22 ways to win.
Brule’s winning ticket was purchased at East Side Market on Division Street in Kingston.
