Kingston Police seek robbery suspects

Crime took place near Queen's

Kingston Police are requesting public assistance in a robbery investigation following an incident on Saturday (February 22).

At approximately 5:30 p.m., a woman walking eastbound on Union Street near University Avenue was approached by two male suspects who attempted to steal her purse.

The victim resisted and called for help, but one suspect managed to take the purse before fleeing westbound. The suspect later dropped the purse, and the victim was unharmed.

Suspect Descriptions:

Male 1: 5’7”, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.

Male 2: 5’7”, wearing a green jacket.
