Pair wanted for sexual assault of a minor
Kingston Police say that on July 10, 2024, Brendon Spurrell and Elizabeth O’Neil picked up a victim under the age of 16 in Belleville and brought them to their Kingston home. Two days later, Spurrell allegedly sexually assaulted the victim, who escaped and alerted a passerby.
Police responded quickly but could not locate Spurrell. Investigations revealed that O’Neil, attempting to bribe the victim to silence them, fled with Spurrell. The pair provided false information to Kingston and Coburg Police and might be in the Greater Toronto Area.
Spurrell, 27, is described as Caucasian, 5’9”, 155 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. O’Neil, 22, is described as Caucasian, with a heavy build and brown hair. They were last seen in a black 2012 Nissan Rogue, plate CVLE441.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sargeant Blair Watt or Detective Anthony Hampton at Kingston Police.
