Saylor Quinn Doering makes a special New Year’s arrival

Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) celebrated the arrival of its first baby of 2025 on New Year's Day. Saylor Quinn Doering was born at 12:11 a.m., bringing joy to proud parents Katelyn and Brad Doering. Weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces, Saylor is not only KHSC's first baby of the year but also one of the earliest members of the emerging Generation Beta.

The Doering family expressed their excitement over the special timing of their daughter’s birth, marking a memorable start to the new year. KHSC staff joined in the celebration, welcoming Saylor with warm congratulations.
