$1.5M Grand Prize home up for grabs
The Kinsmen Club of Kingston is thrilled to announce its 34th Kinsmen Dream Home Lottery, offering more than $1.62 million in prizes. This year’s grand prize is a 3,622 sq. ft. custom Tamarack Payton II home, valued at $1.5 million, located at 1517 Shira Dr. in Kingston’s west end.
With $300,000 in upgrades, the five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is fully furnished and includes a finished basement, custom landscaping, decking, window furnishings, and all appliances.
Additional prizes include a stylish 2024 Mustang Convertible with red leather interior, along with $30,000 in vacation packages and $30,000 in cash.
Tickets are on sale now www.kinsmendreamhome.com. Starting November 5, tickets are available by phone or at various Kingston locations. Tickets cost $150 each, with only 16,000 available. The draw will be held live at Slush Puppie Place during a Kingston Frontenacs game on February 28.
