Forty-seven year-old Andre Wareham accused of killing two people and injuring another near Kingston’s Integrated Care Hub, will remain in custody until at least January. On Friday, he was remanded back into custody and told not to contact 17 additional individuals. His next court appearance is set for January 3 to set a date for a judicial pre-trial.

The suspect, later identified as Wareham, barricaded himself nearby but was taken into custody after six hours of negotiations.
