Recognize the outstanding health care providers in our community
Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) invites the community to recognize outstanding health care providers through the Exceptional Healer Awards.
Since 2017, the Patient and Family Advisory Council has honoured professionals who excel in patient- and family-centred care. These awards celebrate doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals who show empathy, collaboration, and respect.
“Exceptional nominees go above and beyond to create excellent care experiences,” says Sue Bedell, co-chair of KHSC PFAC.
Patients, families, and staff can nominate providers such as physiotherapists, social workers, or dietitians who demonstrate dignity, participation, and innovation.
The nomination deadline is March 3, 2025. Forms are available at kingstonhsc.ca/exceptional.
