Most of Eastern Ontario will be hit
A Rainfall Warning has been issued for Kingston and much of eastern Ontario, starting tonight and lasting through tomorrow.
Heavy rain, fueled by the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby, is expected to bring 50 to 75 mm of rain, with higher amounts possible in some areas.
Residents should be prepared for potential flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is also a concern.
The rain is set to taper off by Friday night, but until then, caution is advised.
For updates on flooding, residents are encouraged to consult their local Conservation Authority or visit Ontario.ca/floods for the latest information.
