Kingston Transit is offering free rides on Dec. 31 to help everyone celebrate safely. Buses will run on a regular weekday schedule, with extended evening service until 3 a.m. on select routes, including Express 501/502, 601/602, and 701/702.
The city encourages residents to leave their cars at home and enjoy events like the K-Town Countdown, sponsored by David Gouett Dentistry.
Extended service will be available on Routes 1, 2, 7, and 31/32, making it easier to connect with celebrations throughout the city.
Riders can plan their trips in advance using the Transit app or KingstonTransit.ca.
