Who in Kingston deserves a King Charles III Coronation Medal?
A special Canadian commemorative medal has been created to celebrate His Majesty King Charles III's Coronation, and time is running out to get your nominations to a local MP.
The King Charles III Coronation Medals will honor 30,000 remarkable individuals who have made significant contributions to their communities. The medals will focus on key themes important to both King Charles III and Canadians: service, environmental sustainability, and diversity.
Mark Gerretsen, Member of Parliament for Kingston and the Islands, is excited to be part of this initiative, and will nominate 20 local recipients for this prestigious award and encourages community members to submit their own nominations.
