Snow’s not done, and neither is Kingston’s parking ban

The ban will continue until Friday

The overnight on-street parking ban in Kingston will remain in place due to ongoing snow cleanup and forecasted winter weather. The ban will continue until Friday, March 7, at which point the city will reassess snow removal efforts and weather conditions.

While in effect, parking is prohibited on all city streets between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m., and from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. on streets surrounding Kingston General Hospital. Vehicles left on the street overnight may be ticketed or towed.

The ban will remain until the City of Kingston determines it is no longer necessary. When lifted, updates will be posted on the city's website and social media.

Residents are encouraged to check CityofKingston.ca/WinterParking for the latest information and to ensure compliance with parking restrictions during winter maintenance operations.
