South Frontenac Township is taking important steps to address climate change by launching a Climate Change survey aimed at developing its Corporate Climate Change Action Plan.
The survey will gather feedback from residents and businesses to ensure that the Township's actions align with community needs and gauge support for its climate initiatives.
Climate change is a pressing issue that requires action from all levels of government and individuals alike. The goals of the Climate Change Action Plan include identifying ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in municipal operations and assessing the risks to infrastructure and services to improve resilience.
Community members are encouraged to participate in the survey online here.
The survey will remain open until Wednesday, November 13th.
