All ages and abilities are welcome!
Residents of the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington (KFL&A) area can stay active this winter with the Walking to Wellness program.
Running until April 27, 2025, this free indoor walking initiative welcomes people of all ages, including those with strollers or mobility devices.
The program, designed to promote physical activity and social connection, requires no registration or fees. It is available at five municipal locations in partnership with the City of Kingston, Loyalist Township, and the Town of Greater Napanee.
Walking sessions are offered multiple times a week at sites including the INVISTA Centre, Kingston East Community Centre, and Rideau Heights Community Centre in Kingston, as well as facilities in Napanee and Amherstview.
