The United Way Kingston Frontenac Lennox and Addington (KFL&A) has announced an important update for those looking to make charitable donations for the 2024 tax year. The Government of Canada has extended the deadline for eligible donations to February 28, 2025. This provides residents with more time to contribute to the local community and receive a 2024 tax receipt.
Donations can be made in several ways: in person at 417 Bagot Street, Kingston (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM), by mail before the February 28 deadline, online anytime at unitedwaykfla.ca, or by calling 613-542-2674 to donate over the phone.
