OPP seek other victims
A 54-year-old man from Verona has been charged with multiple sexual offences, including possession of child pornography.
The Ontario Provincial Police arrested James Tulloch on October 17 following an investigation by the Lennox and Addington (L&A) Crime Unit.
The investigation began on June 4, 2024, after Kingston Police alerted the OPP about historic sexual offences.
Tulloch faces several charges, including voyeurism, possession of child pornography, luring a person under 16 using telecommunications, and publishing child pornography.
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee at a future date.
OPP investigators believe there could be more victims.
