Federal offender could be in Kingston
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is appealing to the public for assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant who might be in Kingston.
Everet Telgen is described as a Caucasian male, standing 6'2" (188 cm) and weighing 220 lbs (100 kg). He has brown hair and brown eyes, with distinctive tattoos: a Dreamcatcher and Merlin on his upper right arm, and Hearts on his chest.
Telgen is currently serving a 7-year sentence for possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon and five counts of possession of a Schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Authorities believe Telgen may be in the Brockville, Kingston, or Ottawa areas.
