Jan MacDonald, director of events with the Downtown Kingston BIA says a big draw is the Holiday Advent Calendar, back for its second year.
She says that as it closer to Christmas, the prizes get a little more exciting.
She hints that in addition to retail, there could be a spa, hotel, and spa experience.
